1. How early should I arrive at the airport for domestic flights?

Passengers must arrive at least 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

2. How early should I arrive at the airport for international flights?

Passengers must arrive at least 120 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

3. What happens if I do not arrive on time?

Passengers who do not arrive within the established time limits may lose their reservation and be considered a No-Show‚ even if they have a confirmed reservation or have already completed payment.

4. Is SANSA responsible for missed connections?

Denial of boarding resulting from a passenger's late arrival at the airport shall not result in any liability for SANSA Airlines and shall not automatically entitle the passenger to a refund‚ compensation‚ or rebooking.

5.What is the recommended connection time for international connections?

When a passenger is connecting from an international flight to a flight operated by SANSA Airlines‚ a minimum connection time of five (5) hours between itineraries is recommended.

6. If my connection is between SANSA flights‚ what is the recommended connection time?

A minimum connection time of one (1) hour is recommended to successfully connect between SANSA flights.
