1. Are tickets transferable?

No. SANSA tickets are personal‚ non-transferable‚ and non-endorsable. Name changes are not permitted once a ticket has been issued. We recommend carefully verifying all passenger information before completing your purchase.

2. What documents do I need to travel if I am Costa Rican?

Costa Rican passengers must present a valid‚ physical government-issued identification document at check-in and boarding.

For domestic flights‚ the following documents are accepted:

Valid physical Costa Rican identity card (cédula de identidad).

Valid minor's identification card.

Valid Costa Rican passport.

For international flights‚ a valid passport is mandatory.

Digital versions of the Costa Rican identity card are not accepted for travel.

3. What documents do I need if I am a foreign national?

For foreign nationals‚ the only valid travel document is a physical‚ valid passport.

Digital versions or copies of passports are not accepted for travel.

4. How can I check if my flight is confirmed?

You can check the status of your reservation using the confirmation number provided at the time of purchase‚ or by contacting our Customer Service team at +506 2290-4100 or by email at reservations@flysansa.com.
